A Key for the Identification of Domestic Bird Bones in Europe: Galliformes and Columbiformes
The goal of this work is to create a dichotomous key to the identification of all major bones of the domestic species of galliforms and columbiforms, and to distinguish them from bones of their wild relatives nesting, wintering or migrating in Europe. Because most avian bones are found broken, the book contains separate keys for each of the two articular ends of long bones - the proximal and the distal.
