Avinet Canopy Mist Net

Please note that mist nets will only be sold to people licensed to use them. When you order a mist net we will need to confirm your licence or appropriate reference.

These nets go up and down to capture in the forest canopy using the slingshot method of net installation.

For safe mist net extractions, we recommend the purchase of our Mist Net Strand Cutter.

Avinet Mesh Sizes: Please note that Avinet nets use the American system for mesh size classification. The mesh size quoted is half the perimeter of one mesh square, e.g. 100 mm refers to a 50 x 50 mm mesh square.
