Garden Explorer Kit
Everything a young naturalist needs to discover and encourage the minibeasts living in their garden or local park.
The kit is built around our own sweep net, hand-made in the NHBS workshop here in Devon. Lightweight, durable and built to last, use it to sweep the long grass and shrubs and reveal the hidden miniature world of creatures that find a home there. Pick up your catch safely with the pooter, then get it under the magnifier to reveal the amazing and bizarre bugs living on your doorstep. The pocket guides help you identify what you've caught and develop your skills as a naturalist, and every find can be sketched and logged in the nature journal, with an activity book of puzzles and facts to fill the gaps between outdoor adventures.
The Pinta Apex Insect House gives your garden the habitat to encourage more invertebrates, so there's always something new to find, name and record.
Packed in a reusable NHBS tote with free shipping to mainland UK.
